We just finished our kitchen remodel with CCH and we're thrilled with the results! I researched contractors and selected them mainly because of their communication, quality, strong project management skills, and close attention to the budget. When the project started I knew what we were spending and how long it would take. They use the BuilderTrend app so I could see the subs who were coming each week, photos of the jobsite were uploaded with a report each day and selections and financials were closely monitored within it as well. Mike, the owner, is very straightforward and up front about cost, timeframes, etc., Alicia, the designer on staff, was knowledgeable on kitchen trends, and ideas to make the project more cost effective. Brandon, our construction manager, was on site every day making sure the subs he scheduled were doing what was needed and to his specifications, he had great attention to detail. The worksite was clean, the subs were friendly and professional; I work from home, so it made a difference.

We used CCH for living space - kitchen remodel with a deck install. The team at CCH made it very easy to navigate the remodel. This was our first time doing any major home repairs and thankfully they walked us through every step with ease. Brandon was the onsite manager and was amazing to work with on a daily basis. Communication was a breeze with their phone app that provides daily updates and easy option selection. Alicia was super helpful with the numerous selection that had to be made. The team at CCH helped build our family living space to a place we are all happy to come home to. Post remodel we did come across a couple of warranty claims that Mike and Brandon were speedy at getting them fixed.

From our initial meeting to the final product, we had a very positive experience with CCH Design/Remodel. The design ideas were right in line with what we wanted and communication was clear and frequent. The minor hiccups one would expect in a major project were handled promptly and professionally. The daily logs with photos were very helpful and appreciated as we were out of town during the majority of the work.The quality of workmanship and attention to details was outstanding. We absolutely love our new master bath and stairs! We would definitely use CCH again for any future projects.

We reached out to CCH Design to design and build a fireplace in our new home. The team was very prompt and responsive about getting all our rough ideas refined and designed. Their on-staff interior designer, Alicia, was especially good at bouncing ideas and showing us options that I didn’t even know were available. Mike and his team used CAD software to make design renderings of the final product, which made the design process more exciting than overwhelming. While we did have some fairly major issues with a new subcontractor’s work, who is no longer with the company, CCH quickly addressed the problem. They completely rebuilt the mantle and replaced the tile at what I can only assume was great personal expense to the company. Brandon in particular showed exceptional professional integrity and attention to detail in transforming our ideas into a reality. I was frankly blown away by the way the build was handled after a rough start. I love how the fireplace turned out. You will not find a company with more integrity in the Treasure Valley. I would use their services again in a heartbeat.

CCH did a fantastic job on my master bathroom remodel. It turned out just the way I imagined it. Alicia was delightful to work with and was such a help choosing tile and fixtures. Brandon did an amazing job with the tile work and he was so conscientious - always on time, cleaned up every day and kept me informed on what he was going to be doing each day. I highly recommend this company.
