At CCH Design | Remodel, we specialize in a variety of remodeling projects, including kitchen and bathroom renovations, whole-home remodeling, custom room additions, and ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) construction. We also offer interior upgrades such as flooring, painting, and layout reconfigurations. No matter the size or complexity, our team ensures every project is completed with expert craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Our process comprises three phases:
DREAM IT! Following our consultation, we will conduct a Design Exploration meeting at our office, and then begin Preliminary Design Concepts, to be presented and edited at our office with you.
DESIGN IT! Following the two meetings, we will present a Design Agreement to collaborate on a comprehensive proposal for your project. Plans and renderings, material and fixture selections with our interior designer, and a comprehensive project evaluation culminate in a formal construction proposal and fixed contract price.
BUILD IT! After the Construction Proposal is approved, with detailed plans, scope of work, general conditions, and contract price, we get to work! You’ll love our industry-leading access to daily logs, the project schedule, and regularly scheduled meetings with your Project Manager and/or Superintendent.

Yes, there are still contractors out there who promise a “free quote” or “free estimate.” They’re usually worth what you pay for them. We’ve seen “free quotes” from competitors scribbled on a yellow notepad or delivered via text message! A free quote without a full design and/or a comprehensive project evaluation means that the contractor is guessing or assuming he knows what you envision. They are usually based on far too many assumptions to be of much use. Contractors who promise a “free quote” often don’t even get back to their customers at all.
We hear this all the time: “A guy came and looked at our kitchen and said he’d get us a quote, but we never heard back from him.” That’s usually because a comprehensive and accurate quote requires a LOT of work and expense, and those guys don’t like working for free! Those contractors who do follow through usually provide a hasty quote based on far too many assumptions. Those incorrect assumptions lead to disappointments, conflicts, expensive do-overs, delays, or even lawsuits.

Remodel design consists of plans, 3D renderings, interior design, and product selections. We start our design process with an initial consultation in your home. Some preliminary design concepts are presented in our office. We will show you several different versions of your project in an interactive 3D model using our state-of-the-art CAD software. At that meeting, we’ll take your suggestions and make edits to the design while you watch and give us feedback. Our customers say it’s a lot of fun!
If you like the way things are headed, we’ll ask you to approve a design agreement so that we can get started with product selections with our interior designer. From here, we’ll continue the plans until they’re just what you want and get started on the necessary work to initiate your project. Full-service means we’ll handle all of the design and construction aspects of your remodel, including the design (plans, interior design, product selections, etc), expert project management, permitting, performing the work (both in-house and with trusted subcontractors), and taking care of warranty issues.

Yes and no. We’re happy to provide some preliminary budgeting in the form of a ballpark estimate based on our history with similar projects as yours. We can give a price range over the phone, but we’ll have a better idea after being in your home during our initial consultation and getting more details. Initial consultations are complimentary, so contact us to set one up.
To provide an accurate, comprehensive quote you can depend on, we need plans, selections, scope of work, and many more details. Don’t worry, we’ll handle all that. Our prices are competitive with other full-service remodelers in the valley with comparable service and quality. Of course, we really think we do it a little better! Most of our major kitchen remodels fall between $75-150,000, including the overall design, as well as materials, cabinets, appliances, stone countertops, and more.
